How to create an account at Colway International?

Dear Partner! On 20.10.2020 (i.e. 42/20 QW) we have implemented simplifications in the introduction of new people to Colway International.


Currently, it is possible to set up an account only for the Customer status. This means, that everyone starts from the same position. At the start, we do not put the new person in front of a dilemma - business or customer account? We also collect less personal data, so setting up an account is now easier.


Please read this newsletter carefully - we explain it step by step below.


Create a Customer account

At the beginning, a newly registered Customer receives a 10% discount on the retail price of the products. The Customer provides only a basic data: name, surname, e-mail address, password, data of the recommending person (if the process does not take place via an affiliate link). The login is generated automatically, the Customer may change it only at the stage of promotion to the Partner.

The Customer gets more privileges right from the start: access to the special offers, promotions and loyalty programs, a gift with the first order or an additional discount on the second purchase.

The Customer can take advantage of a higher, 20% discount after being promoted to a VIP Customer.


How to become a VIP customer?


The Customer can become a VIP Customer with a 20% discount by using one of two methods:

1) Automatic, the system guides the Customer by sending them messages explaining what the change of a status entails. This means less work for you! What is an automatic promotion? It is very easy!


a) The Customer makes a one-time purchase with a value of 100 VP (the entire purchase with a 10% discount on retail prices),

or

b) the Customer makes purchases at any time for a total value of 130 VP, with a 10% discount on retail prices.


2) ‘Fast track’

You, as a recommending person, Colway International Partner, can decide on your own about changing your Customer's account into a VIP Customer account, regardless of the number of orders and volume points obtained by them. You can do it using the option available in the Structure> People list.

Find the Customer who you want to promote and click the ‘VIP Upgrade’ button on the right. Promotion to a VIP Customer will take place automatically. All those who see the potential Business Partners in their Customers will be pleased with this possibility.


However, think carefully before using the promotion option using the ‘fast track’. Remember that the Customer's purchases generate a higher margin for you than the VIP Customer's purchases. They also influence your business activity.

If one of the above conditions is met, the promotion to the VIP Customer status will be automatic. From the moment of changing the status, the VIP Customer can benefit from a 20% discount.


Do you have VIP Customers and want to know how they can become Colway International Partners?


Partner is the first business rank entitling you to use the privileges of the Colway International’s financial plan. The Partner buys products with a 40% discount, any VIP Customer can become one. As with early promotion, this happens in one of two ways:


1) Automatic, the system guides the VIP Customer through predetermined point values required for the promotion to the Partner status. What is an automatic promotion? It is very easy!


a) The VIP Customer makes a one-time purchase with a value of 100 VP (the entire purchase with a 20% discount on retail prices),

or

b) the VIP Customer makes purchases at any time for a total value of 130 VP, with a 20% discount on retail prices.


2) ‘Fast track’

In this case, you, as a Colway International Partner, also have a chance to use the ‘fast track’ option, i.e. changing the status of a VIP Customer into a Partner's account without them making purchases. You can do it thanks to the option available in the Structure> People list tab.

Find the VIP Customer you want to promote and click the ‘Upgrade to Partner’ button on the right.


However, remember that your VIP Customers' purchases:

• they generate a margin, and by using the ‘fast track’ you consciously deprive yourself of it,

• contribute to your business activity. If your Customers become Partners, you will have to take care of your activity yourself.


A VIP Customer who fulfilled the turnover condition or was promoted by you using the fast track will have to fill in an additional data form. It is necessary for the proper completion of the process of changing the status from a VIP Customer to a Partner. * (* If the VIP Customer decides not to fill in the upgrade form, their status will not be changed, the discount with which his purchases will be settled will remain at 20%)

If the form will be filled in correctly, the VIP Customer will become a Partner. The last step to properly complete the entire process is making a payment for the Business Pack.


As part of the Business Pack fee, the Partner will receive a package of business tools and Partner privileges:

  • Virtual office with access to many summaries and statistics that will allow you to make even more detailed analysis of your business;
  • A personalized online store through which you can serve your Customers without leaving your home. All you have to do is provide them with a link to the store or a specific product;
  • Access to many materials, articles in the Knowledge Base….
  • Possibility to join motivational programs such as the Car Program, Business Class;
  •  Access to products as a part of special offers;
  • And many, many more.

* if the Partner does not pay for the Business Pack within 7 days from the moment of their promotion, their status will be changed to a VIP Customer account. The fee for the Business Pack is 7,90 GBP / 9,90 EUR and is one-time payment !!


WHAT ABOUT MEMBER?

We have removed the Member status from the financial plan. Member accounts have been converted into Partner accounts.

Your Members, before implementing the new registration path, were notified of the automatic change of the account from Member to a Partner, i.e. the change of the discount from 25% to 40%.


We are convinced that the simplified system of opening accounts and the benefits of setting up a Customer's account will significantly contribute to the increase of your turnover and the wealth of the virtual wallets.
